Recommended use before bedtime, every 4-6 hours as needed. Wash hands thoroughly before use. 

Peel individual cartridge at seem.

Carefully insert pointed end of one (1) suppository into the vagina as far as it will go, without causing discomfort. Wash hands again and rest for 20 minutes before activity as slippage may occur.
